Daigle Fire Solutions, LLC was established to expand upon the proven success of Daigle Cleaning Systems in Albany, NY, into new verticals. Built on a foundation of high quality customer service, operational excellence, and strong values of team work, integrity and communication, the organization represents the next chapter in a rapidly growing service brand.

Origins & Leadership

The roots of Daigle Fire Solutions LLC trace back to the entrepreneurial journey of co- founder Derek Foster, whose career began with the development and expansion of Daigle Cleaning Systems (DCS, Albany NY) more than fifteen years ago. Through his business partnership with his mother and co-founder, Michelle Daigle, DCS scaled into multiple locations while maintaining consistent year-over-year growth. That success was driven by strong systems, disciplined execution, and a commitment to building high-performing teams and leaders within the Company.

Leveraging the experienced team built at DCS, Derek turned his focus toward a specialized, high-demand industry—commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning—and launched Daigle Fire Solutions LLC in 2023 with co-founder and operating partner Benjamin Rieth.

At Daigle Fire Solutions, Derek leads sales, marketing, and growth strategy initiatives, while also working directly with company leaders and operators to build strong pipelines and strong leaders.

Leading Daigle Fire Solutions and its operations is Benjamin Rieth. Ben’s 15 plus years of experience in project management and engineering along with a degree from Clarkson University have been instrumental in building operational excellence. As his first business venture, Benjamin has successfully designed, implemented, and refined the company’s systems and processes, steering the operations team to deliver consistent, scalable growth across all service territories.
